How pricing works
A fee is added on top of each supplier's price for their labor: 30% in all, 20% to you and 10% to the platform. Suppliers keep all of their price, and customers always see one all-in price.
The fee is only on labor. Parts, materials and purchases are billed by the supplier, with no fee.
Every exchange starts with cash: suppliers collect the price and pay the fee to you, and you pay the platform its share of what you've collected each month.
The cost of messages to your customers and suppliers is passed on to you on your monthly statement.
